Capozzi Adler, P.C.’s recently formed Florida title company, Straight Line Title Services, LLC, just issued title insurance in its first transaction. The $3.9 million dollar transaction involved the purchase of the buildings at 3472 Northeast Fifth Avenue and 519 Northeast 34th Street in Oakland Park, Florida. The buildings were purchased by a new investment and development firm, Newrock Partners, managed by Oakland Park developer Dan Deitchman and former Link Real Estate executive Koby Assaraf.
