Background:
Salomon V. Bagdadi, Esq. has been practicing law for over ten years, with a focus on real estate transactions, dispositions and financing, as well as various other business-related matters. Salomon serves as outside General Counsel for various real estate development companies in South Florida, such as Link Real Estate, based in Wynwood – Miami, FL. Salomon previously served as General Counsel for a privately held real estate investment, development and management company, and its related real estate brokerage.
Prior to serving as General Counsel, Salomon was a real estate attorney at the boutique firm of Wagner & Associates, and was head of the firm’s Business, Tax and Trademark Group where he advised international and domestic clients in matters involving real estate acquisitions and dispositions, corporate formation, corporate and personal tax planning, asset protection, corporate disputes and litigation, and other matters. With business level proficiency in verbal and written Spanish, Salomon has had a significant focus on South America and Mexico.
Throughout his career, Salomon has overseen a wide range of matters, including but limited to, the structure and execution of general and complex real estate transactions, the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases, negotiation of securitized loan documents, title insurance matters, the drafting and negotiation of independent contractor and employment agreements, and various other transactional matters.
As a native of Miami Beach, Salomon received his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2006, his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center in 2009, and attended the Masters of Laws in Tax program at New York Law School. Salomon has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2009.
Salomon is a Member of AIPAC, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation Real Estate Division Committee and The Network – Under 40 Young Professional Division, which participates in various philanthropic and community programs in Miami.
