Career
Dayton is an associate in the firm’s Licensure, Compliance, Regulatory Practice & Enforcement Group. Dayton served as a Municipal Law Clerk and a Certified Legal Intern with the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office in Columbus, Ohio for two years before joining Capozzi Adler, P.C. There, he assisted attorneys in resolving misdemeanor cases for indigent clients. Dayton also served as a General Compliance Extern with The Ohio State University Office of Compliance & Integrity. There, Mr. Broyan built university processes critical to the mitigation of top compliance risks, monitored the ongoing mitigation, tracking, and reporting of material compliance risks, and managed public records requests to ensure appropriate and timely responses to all such requests received by the University.
Education
Dayton earned his B.A from Temple University in 2018, from which he graduated Cum Laude. There he majored in Political Science and minored in Business and Philosophy. Dayton obtained his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2022. While in law school he was a member of The Ohio State Business Law Journal, for which he was an Associate Editor. Also, Mr. Broyan was a member of the Business Law Society.
