Background

Craig I. Adler began his legal career with the Philadelphia law firm of Fox, Rothschild, O’Brien, and Frankel. Later, Mr. Adler joined the law firm of Adler and Adler where he was a partner. There, he focused on real estate matters representing builders, developers, realtors, banks and home purchasers and sellers. He represents various parties before local municipalities in obtaining approvals for zoning changes, zoning variances, subdivision approvals, and land development plan approvals. Mr. Adler is a shareholder at Capozzi Adler, P.C. He is a licensed title insurance agent. He also represents nursing homes and many other healthcare providers. However, Mr. Adler still specializes in commercial and residential real estate matters.

Positions and Accomplishments

Mr. Adler was the Hearing Examiner for the Pennsylvania Securities Commission. He is also an agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, and Old Republic Title Insurance Company. He has lectured on real estate matters for the Dauphin County Bar Association and the National Business Institute. Mr. Adler is admitted to practice before the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the State Court of New Jersey, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Education

Mr. Adler earned his law degree at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Boston College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
