Brandon S. Williams, Esq. is a Litigation Associate at Capozzi Adler, P.C. with an emphasis on labor and employment law. Since joining the firm in 2011, Attorney Williams has successfully represented the firm’s clients in tribunals ranging from the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board of Review to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Attorney Williams also practices extensively before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board.
Prior to joining Capozzi Adler, P.C., Attorney Williams concentrated his practice on employment law issues, representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, and qualifying residents of long term care facilities for Medical Assistance benefits.
Brandon S. Williams, Esq. is a 2005 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Philosophy from Juniata College in 1995.
