Background
Salomon V. Bagdadi, Esq. is an accomplished attorney with fifteen years of experience providing strategic legal guidance and counsel. His expertise lies in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing, as well as other business related matters, where he represents a diverse clientele including real estate developers, investors, lenders, and landlords. Salomon also serves as outside General Counsel to several prominent real estate development companies in South Florida, such as Newrock Partners and Link Real Estate.
In addition to his legal practice, Salomon is a licensed Florida Title Agent and serves as the President of Straight Line Title, a Florida-based title company, an affiliate of Capozzi Adler, P.C.
Throughout his career, he has successfully navigated a wide range of complex matters, including structuring real estate transactions, negotiating commercial loans and other forms of debt financing, negotiating commercial leases, and addressing title insurance issues. His proficiency in both verbal and written Spanish has allowed him to effectively engage with clients in South America and Mexico.
Salomon earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida, followed by a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center. He further honed his expertise by attending the Masters of Laws in Tax program at New York Law School. Since 2009, Salomon has been an active member of The Florida Bar.
