Career
Tommy is an associate in the firm’s ERISA – Fiduciary Practice Group. Following graduation from law school, Tommy served as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Silvanio in Cumberland County Superior Court. He then worked for the law Philadelphia law firm of Marshall Dennehey. There, Tommy was an associate in the firm’s Casualty Department where he defended insured and self-insured entitled against claims in Pennsylvania State Court. Prior to joining Capozzi Adler, Tommy worked at the Law Offices of Robert Joseph O’Shea, Jr. where he represented Plaintiffs in Consumer Fraud Litigation against their former for-profit school in New Jersey State Court.
Education
Tommy earned his B.A. from Penn State University in 2013 where he majored in History and minored in both Psychology and Classics & Ancient Mediterranean Studies. Tommy obtained his J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2017. While in law school he was a member of The Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal where he was a Managing Editor of Symposia and Special Works. Tommy also participated in Villanova’s Civil Justice Clinic and CARES clinic. Additionally, Tommy was a certified legal intern in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and he interned for the Honorable George A. Pagano in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.
