Lisa is a graduate of Bucknell University, where she majored in English and Economics and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree.  She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business where she earned a Juris Doctor Degree and a Master of Business Administration.  Prior to her association with Capozzi Adler, P.C., she worked as a Senior Deputy Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General from 1997 to 2017.  During that time, she tried more than twenty Federal jury trials to verdict.  Lisa also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas G. Peoples, Jr., President Judge of the Blair County Court of Common Pleas.

Lisa concentrates her practice in employment litigation in Federal and State courts as well as before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and also has experience in tort and Federal civil rights litigation, debt collection, Loudermill proceedings and unemployment compensation.

She is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
