Gabrielle P. Kelerchian, Esquire is a member of the firm’s fiduciary practice group and litigates breach of fiduciary duty class actions brought pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). She graduated magna cum laude from La Salle University in 2014 with a B.A in Political Science & History and earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2017.
In law school, Ms. Kelerchian served as an executive board member of Villanova’s Moot Court Board where she coordinated judges for the Theodore L. Reimal Moot Court Competition. During her second year, Ms. Kelerchian was a semifinalist in the Reimal Moot Court Competition. Upon graduation, Ms. Kelerchian was the judicial fellow to the Honorable Mark A. Kearney, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Before joining Capozzi Adler, P.C., Ms. Kelerchian zealously represented individuals in medical malpractice and personal injury cases at Philadelphia area law firms. She is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
In addition to her breach of fiduciary duty work, Ms. Kelerchian maintains an active pro bono practice, and has represented incarcerated individuals seeking compassionate release as part of the Families Against Mandatory Minimums (FAMM) COVID-19 Compassionate Release Project.
