Andrew R. Eisemann, Esquire
Managing Partner

Andrew R. Eisemann, Esq. is the Managing Partner for Capozzi Adler, P.C. He concentrates his practice on protecting the legal and financial interests of health care facilities throughout Pennsylvania in the areas of creditors' rights and liquidation of accounts receivables. Eisemann has extensive experience in Debtor/Creditor Law, Bankruptcy Law, Contracts, and Veterans' Rights and Benefits. He both writes and lectures on subjects related to collections and management of Accounts Receivable for health care facilities.

As an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Markian R. Slobodian, Harrisburg, he practiced in civil litigation, creditors' rights, and debt recovery in state and federal courts. Eisemann represented numerous creditors, debtors, and a Chapter 7 Trustee in Bankruptcy Court. He also served a two-year term as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Edward Guido of Cumberland County.

Eisemann recently retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army with 27 years of Regular Army and Active Reserve service in Field Artillery and Special Operations, including multiple assignments overseas and a deployment to Iraq.

With a law degree at the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA, his educational background also includes a Master's Degree (Summa Cum Laude) in International Relations from Troy State University and a Bachelor's Degree (Cum Laude) in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University. Eisemann obtained a Regular Army Officer Commission through the University of Connecticut in 1984. As a law student, he also served as a Senior Editor of the Dickinson Law Review and as a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board.

Positions and Accomplishments
Eisemann is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania State Courts, New York State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Court of Veterans' Appeals in Washington, D.C. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, New York Bar Association and the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association. He serves as the Chairman Emeritus of the Military and Veterans' Affairs Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Health Care Law Committee. The PBA recognized Eisemann with its leadership award in 2007. In 2011, he was selected by his legal peers and the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine for the Pennsylvania Rising Stars list. Eisemann also serves as Counsel for the Carlisle Summer Program for Youth.
